MAn it was so awesome!!!
It was from the best trips in my life!!! Visiting one of my all time favouite cities was something really worth it!!
Okay it was a school trip. A damn cool school trip. And it was for 7 days! But the bad news is that we have been in Italy for only three days, since the other two we were in he ship to Italy and back to Greece.
Uh-hem...
The first day we got to Italy, we went to our hotl in Treviso, and spent the night.
The day after...
VENICE!!!!!
We got to our double decker bus, and we started our way towards the old city of Venice and when we reached the bridge to he city, even from distance was spectacular. Then we got into a vaporetto and we started our way to the city. From distance, we could see great monuments such as towers, churches, gothic temples, towers (some towers where leaning because of the non solid ground), and of course, The palazzo ducale in piazza San Marco, with the tallest tower in the city. We got off the vaporetto and we started our way to an orthodox church, saint George (M name!). We crossed the canals by passing over bridges and stuff, and then w got inside the chuch with a tall, leaning white tower marking it's location. After that, we went ot of the church and we go on a bridge. Then I heard violin music. I was looking around when I saw someone playing violin with a guitarist outside a pizzeria. They were smiling and playing great traditional, famous or romatic pieces. I was so plesed to give them 4 euros, since their music actually spoke to me, and they do it because they love doing it.
Then we went to a shop with glass stuff, and they showed us how they make them... The artist took a super hot mix of sand and stuff, and in less than a minute, he made a perfect horse! We were all like wow! Too bad I didn't buy anything from that shop because they were expensive

Anyway. Next stop: Piazza San Marco!!! I remember seeing it from the game gran turismo 4 in photo mode, and seeing it in reallife was like... wow!!! Anyway, we went inside he gothic church of saint Marco and saw some stuff, too bored to explain... Then we had 5 free hours to do whatever thehell we wanted to do! In Venice...Doing whatever the hell I wanted to do... O_O *Screams like a little kid*
So we were wandering around the tight alleys and croosing those bridges over the canals, and guess what I found... My all time favourite middle age bridge... PONTE DI RIALTO!!!!!!!!

YYYYEEEESSSSHHHHH!!!!!!
It was a damn awesome bridge, I loved it!!!
Then, my other 3 friends and I went back to piazza SM and visited the ducale... At first I was like meh, but as soon as we started to climb up to the second floor...

You know what? Masterpieces of works of art all around, with massive golden decorations all over the place... How would you feel? And heck! Room after room it was geting better!!!
But then we gt back to the hotel, and the day was over

Too bad all good things must eventually come to an end...
